"Lite-Fresh Veggies &
Miss Bonnie's"
Now that warmer weather has arrived for most of us, many
are thinking Lite. I love watching the expressions on people's faces, and how positive they react when they taste Miss
Bonnie's on Fruits & Veggies. Let me tell you, Miss Bonnie's on a slice of English Cucumber is about as Lite and
Fresh (not to mention refreshing) as it gets. You have to try a Miss Bonnie's Lite and Fresh Veggie Tray for your Easter
and Passover gatherings. I used Miss Bonnie's New Classic Cheddar for this shot. It didn't last long after we finished
taking this photo. Sliced Cucumbers, Carrot Chips, Celery, and the list goes on....Enjoy!

"Miss
Bonnie's Tomato Stacks"
OK Tomato & Cheese lovers, here's one for you. We love tomatoes at our house. Tomato
stacks started out as a single slice of tomatoe with Miss Bonnie's Cheese on top baked in the toaster oven. I thought,
why not create a stack with cheese between the layers. I added a sprinle of Parsley and Italian Seasoning on top
(you can sprinkle each layer). Then I thought why not a bit of crunchy, so I added some seasoned bread crumbs.
Put in a preheated oven or toaster oven on Broil for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese starts to melt out of the sides. Thick
tomato slices help to keep these Lite, Fresh & Easy Tomato Stacks sturdy. I used Miss Bonnie's Classic Cheddar Cheese
for this shot. Use your favorite Miss Bonnie's Cheese. Tomato Stacks are a Double Yum Yum. Sprinkle using your
favorite seasonings and Enjoy!!

"Lite-Fresh Apple Slices
& Miss Bonnie's"
I
introduced Miss Bonnie's to the attendees at the First Annual Virginia Wine Expo in February 2008. We set up a tray
with sliced apples. We had no idea what a huge hit Miss Bonnie's with fruit would be. Europeans have been eating
fruit with cheese forever. I sprinkled a little cinnamon on the apples.

Wonderful with wine.
"Miss Bonnie's For Yummy
Salad Creations"
One of my favorite parts of a meal
is a Mixed Green Salad. I will often create a Salad
on a large plate, or small platter as the entree. My husband began adding Miss Bonnie's instead of shredded or
grated Cheese to his Salads years ago. Now that we are all thinking Lite, a Mixed Green Salad Creation using Miss Bonnie's is not only Yummy, but fun, fast & easy to create.
In the photo below I used mixed green leaf lettuce, spinach, shredded
red cabbage, thin sliced red onion, black olives, sliced hard boiled egg, sun dried tomato, mixed seasoned croutons.
After I crafted my Salad, I added teaspoon sized portions of Miss Bonnie's Classice Cheddar Cheese
on top, and an extra virgin olive oil & red wine vinegar dressing. Use your favorite dressing. I often use a Fresh
Ranch, and my husband Ron's favorite is a Fresh Blue Cheese. The Fresh Blue Cheese and Miss Bonnie's Classic Cheddar
make for a delicious combination. Add sliced grilled chicken or turkey breast (optional for meat lovers), and your Miss Bonnie's
Salad Creation Entree is complete...Enjoy!!!
