Miss Bonnie's Gourmet New Refrigerated Plant
Front Royal, Virginia
As many already know, Miss Bonnie's Gourmet started
in a commercial kitchen on the second floor of my garage in November 2006. Last year we reached the point where working
7 days a week in a small kitchen wouldn't allow us to
expand our marketing reach any further. This past October we moved production to a USDA certified refrigerated plant
in Front Royal, VA. Considerable
advance planning had taken place to insure that the quality, taste, and texture of Miss Bonnie's Gourmet Cheese Spreads are
consistent with our customers expectations. As we expand production and distribution, we will keep everyone that has
subscribed to our Email Newsletter Update list posted as Miss Bonnie's becomes available in other areas of the country outside
of Virginia.

"Lite-Fresh Veggies &
Miss Bonnie's"
Now that warmer weather has arrived for most of us, many
are thinking Lite. I love watching the expressions on people's faces, and how positive they react when they taste Miss
Bonnie's on Fruits & Veggies. Let me tell you, Miss Bonnie's on a slice of English Cucumber is about as Lite and
Fresh (not to mention refreshing) as it gets. You have to try a Miss Bonnie's Lite and Fresh Veggie Tray for your Easter
and Passover gatherings. I used Miss Bonnie's New Classic Cheddar for this shot. It didn't last long after we finished
taking this photo. Sliced Cucumbers, Carrot Chips, Celery, and the list goes on....Enjoy!

"Miss
Bonnie's Tomato Stacks"
OK Tomato & Cheese lovers, here's one for you. We love tomatoes at our house. Tomato
stacks started out as a single slice of tomatoe with Miss Bonnie's Cheese on top baked in the toaster oven. I thought,
why not create a stack with cheese between the layers. I added a sprinle of Parsley and Italian Seasoning on top
(you can sprinkle each layer). Then I thought why not a bit of crunchy, so I added some seasoned bread crumbs.
Put in a preheated oven or toaster oven on Broil for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese starts to melt out of the sides. Thick
tomato slices help to keep these Lite, Fresh & Easy Tomato Stacks sturdy. I used Miss Bonnie's Classic Cheddar Cheese
for this shot. Use your favorite Miss Bonnie's Cheese. Tomato Stacks are a Double Yum Yum. Sprinkle using your
favorite seasonings and Enjoy!!

Roanoke Star-Sentinel
February 5, 2010
I received a phone call this past January from a soon to be new friend. The person
on the other end of the line was a writer for the Roanoke Star-Sentinel. Susan Ayers, and her
husband had become big fans of Miss Bonnie's Gourmet Cheese Spreads after tasting in a
Kroger in Roanoke, VA. Susan visited the Miss Bonnie's Gourmet web site, read the
"How Miss Bonnie's Started Story" page, and called to ask if it would
be OK to write an
Article for the Roanoke Star-Sentinel.
Of course I was excited. To have another article
written
about Miss Bonnie's Gourmet Cheese Spreads, and to make a new friend made it a
great day. I drove to Roanoke the meet Susan the week after the article ran. We
met at a
Kroger store in Roanoke, and it was as if we
had known each other forever.
