Holiday
Greetings Everyone..
Welcome, and Holiday Greetings to our newsletter subscribers. The last few months have been quite
busy. As many of you know, and for those that may not, I started Miss Bonnie's Gourmet on November 22, 2006 in a small
240 square foot commercial kitchen my husband, son-in-law, and oldest grandson built for me on the second floor of our garage.
I am so excited to let everyone know that Miss Bonnie's Gourmet has moved production operations to a 13,000 square foot refrigerated
plant in Front Royal, Virginia. As you might expect, the moving of production to Front Royal was well thought out to
be certain that Miss Bonnie's Gourmet Cheese Spreads maintain the same quality standards, appearance, taste, and texture our
customers have come to expect. The move to our new plant in Front Royal now affords us to opportunity to soon begin
an incremental national roll out that has been in the planning stages for over a year. So, for those of you that have
sent so many wonderful emails asking when Miss Bonnie's will be available at the Kroger, or Kroger affillate stores in your
part of the country, we are on our way. We will keep everyone updated as Miss Bonnie's expands distribution into new
Kroger market areas. We are way behind in answering emails. We hope to get caught up soon.

New Miss Bonnie's Flavor
Coming Soon!
The long awaited addition to our Gourmet Pimento, and Gourmet Jalapeño Cheese Spreads has been scheduled
for release to coincide with the start of the Kroger National roll out. We have given out many samples of the new "Miss Bonnie's Classic Cheddar Cheese Spread." Without exception, the first question
we are asked when someone tasted the new Cheddar Blend Spread is, "When can I get this?" The new Cheddar Spread
is a blend of white and yellow aged cheddars, and is fabulous. We are very excited to now have the production capacity
at the new plant to be able to add our Classic Cheddar Blend to the Miss Bonnie's line of Gourmet Cheese Spreads.
"Miss Bonnie's Biscuit Roll Ups"
Here is a wonderful Holiday Miss Bonnie's
Serving Tip that is so much fun to create, and so yummy. In this photo I used Miss Bonnie's Jalapeño Cheese Spread,
and Red Eye Country Ham. My favorite biscuit to use is the Kroger Brand Jumbo (8 per tube) Buttermilk Biscuit.
Kroger carries a variety of flavors of their Jumbo Biscuits.

"Miss Bonnie's
Biscuit Roll Ups" Recipe: Makes about 35 appetizer servings
Ingredients:• 1 Tube of Kroger Jumbo Buttermilk
Biscuits (8 biscuits in each tube) • Miss Bonnie's Gourmet
Cheese Spread • Red Eye Country Ham - (Use any sliced meat - The possibilities are endless)
Preparation:
•
1. Pat or roll out each biscuit as you would a pie crust. Should be about 5 inches round • 2. Spread some
Miss Bonnie's Cheese Spread onto the biscuit dough, leaving at least 1 inch around the edges. • 3. Add your sliced meat - As much as you want keeping in mind you will have to roll the biscuit. • 4. Roll each biscuit and gingerly pinch the ends and down the side to hold together
while slicing. • 5. Slice each biscuit roll into 1 and a half to 2
inch lengths.
• 6. Bake following the instructions on the biscuit
package. Usually 350 degrees for
10 to 15 minutes until biscuits turn golden brown. • See Photos Below For Preparation •
