Baked Potato
One of my favorite ways to top a baked potato is
with Miss Bonnie's Gourmet Pimento Cheese. If you'd like a "spicy kick" to your potato, Miss Bonnie's
Jalapeño Pepper Cheese adds just the right amount of "zing" to all potatoes. Miss Bonnie's never
met a potato it didn't like. Melt some Miss Bonnie's in a small dish in the microwave, and drizzle over boiled,
mashed, or fried potatoes. Try some of my Pimento Cheese on baked sweet potato. You have to taste it to believe it.
For those that prepare Au Gratin Potatoes, substitute Miss Bonnie's for the cheese you are using. Yum..Yum

I get so much feedback on how Miss Bonnie's
makes the best Grilled Cheese sandwich you've ever had. Try some sliced tomato on your grilled cheese sandwich.
Try
Miss Bonnie's On....
• Pimento or Jalapeño Pepper Cheese Sandwiches
• Grilled Cheese Sandwiches (Try
with Deli and Tomato)
• Grilled Panini Sandwiches (Try Tuna instead of Deli)
• Substitute Miss Bonnie's for Mayo
on any Sandwich
• Wonderful on a BLT
• Try a spoonful of Miss Bonnie's in a hot cup or bowl
of any kind of Soup (really yummy in tomato soup)
• Veggie Sandwich or Pocket Bread (Tomato • Lettuce • Cucumber • Sprouts
• Carrots)
I introduced Miss Bonnie's to the attendees at the
First Annual Virginia Wine Expo in February 2008. We set up a tray with sliced apples. We had no idea what a huge
hit Miss Bonnie's with fruit would be. Europeans have been eating fruit with cheese forever. In this photo
I sprinkled a little cinnamon and sugar on the apples.
• Sliced Apples • Sliced Pears • Kiwi & Mango • Peaches • Pineapple
* For a Spicy Kick
to fill that empty spot between meals, by all means try my Jalapeño Spread with Fruit. You will be pleasantly
surprised. Wonderful with wine.
Dinner
There are so many ways Miss Bonnie's creates a whole
new experience at Dinner time. Shortly after Miss Bonnie's became available at Kroger, I ran into a good friend.
She told me her husband spread some Miss Bonnie's on their steaks just before taking them off of the grill. My husband
and I tried it, Wow! I never thought of melting Miss Bonnie's on grilled meats. We have tried both the Pimento,
and the Jalapeño on beef, chicken, fish, and pork. In this photo I melted Miss Bonnie's Jalapeño Pepper
Cheese Spread in a small glass dish in the microwave, and drizzled over the beef tenderloin. Yum! Yum!
