3 NEW YUMMY Serving Tips & And My Surprise Invitation To The Virginia Executive Mansion •
"Miss Bonnie's Ultimate
Mac & Cheese" Over the last 4 years a number of people have told me "I
bet Miss Bonnie's Cheese makes a mean Mac & Cheese." They are right, it does. I have finally written
down the recipe so we can post for everyone to enjoy. We like our Mac & Cheese with diced tomatoes. I always
enjoy watching someone take their first taste of my Mac & Cheese with tomatoes. Most are pleasantly surprised how
the tomatoes add to the "Wow Factor" of my Miss Bonnie's Mac & Cheese recipe. For those that don't like
tomatoes, simply leave out or make half with and half without...ENJOY!!! It's YUMMY!!!

(Use Your Favorite Miss Bonnie's Flavor)

"Miss Bonnie's Tailgating/Party/Football
Snack Yummy Tray" We recently attended a Giant Food Holiday Show in Burtonsville MD. This Show was attended by all Giant Food
store and assistant store managers. We had the opportunity to introduce Miss Bonnie's Gourmet Cheese Spreads to Giant
store managers before they received their first delivery of Miss Bonnie's. The response was overwhelmingly positve,
with many coming back 3 and 4 times for "Just One More Taste" :-). Below is a photo
of different serving pairings we sampled at the Giant Food Show. The Deli Wraps & Stuffed Peppadews were a Big Big
Hit! So get out your grocery list. I have used corn beef (pictured here), pastrami, roast beef, various types
of ham, and smoked turkey for the Deli Wraps. The Stuffed Peppadews are always a favorite at tasting events. Veggies
• Sliced Baguettes • Crackers... Be Creative with your Miss Bonnie's Tailgating/Party/Watching Football Yummy Snack
Trays. Here's how I do the Deli Wraps: 1•Spread Miss Bonnie's Cheese Down The Center Of A Slice Of Deli 2•Roll Up Tight Pushing Any
Cheese Back Into Ends 3•Position Round Toothpicks So Slices Will Give You about a 1 inch Bite Size Piece 4•Slice With A Sharp Knife Tailgate/Party/Snack
Like A Pro With Miss Bonnie's Deli Wraps Peppadews are spicy (not hot) bite size peppers that
are available at most Giant, Kroger, and Martin's Olive Bars in the deli. Stuffed with Miss Bonnie's, they are Double
Yummy!!!

•No Time For A Big Breakfast
Healthy Fast Breakfast• Like many, we don't eat a big breakfast during
the week at my house. Here is one of our favorite on the run healthy & fast breakfast serving tips. My husband
really enjoys his Miss Bonnie's Classice Cheddar Cheese on a Rice Cake always with a banana (not pictured here) & other
mixed fresh fruit. If you have time to wait for the toaster oven, Miss Bonnie's Toasted English Muffin or Whole Wheat Bread
is another Yummy healthy fast & easy breakfast with fresh fruit. In this photo simply spread Miss Bonnie's on a
Rice Cake or Mini Rice Cakes (We use the low sodium store brand Rice Cakes), and put in microwave for 7 to 10 seconds until cheese just starts to melt. Add some Fresh Fruit, and your out the door in the morning. These microwaved
warm Rice Cakes with melted Miss Bonnie's & Fresh Fruit are so easy, Really YUMMY, and a healthy way to start your day.
~A Surprise Invitation~
An Evening
At The Virginia Executive Mansion... I received a call from Sarah Scarbrough, Director of The Executive Mansion that the "Choosing The Commonwealth"
Executive Chef's web site had been posted. Sarah went on to say that two of the first three recipes posted by Executive
Chef Todd Schneider included Miss Bonnie's Cheese Spreads. Naturally, I was thrilled. Sarah then told me I was
invited to attend a reception at the Mansion on Thursday October 14th. Here are a few of the photos from the reception.
Of course the food was prepared by Chef Todd, and it was fabulous! Chef Todd told me he had three additional recipes
using Miss Bonnie's Chesse Spreads he would be posting. I had a wonderful time visiting with Chef Todd, Sarah, Governor
Bob McDonnell, and Virginia's First Lady, Maureen McDonnell.

Executive Mansion Chef Todd Schneider... Over the last four years since launching Miss Bonnie's Gourmet
Cheese Spreads, I have heard from numerous chefs telling me they use my cheese as an ingredient. In fact, Miss Bonnie's
Cheese Spreads were included as a required ingredient at the 2009 Virginia Wine Expo Chef Cook Off demonstrations at the Richmond
Convention Center. Executive Chef Todd Schneider is not only a GREAT!!! Chef, but one realizes as soon as you meet him
how much he enjoys what he does. In addition to being the Executive Chef at the Virginia Governor's Masion, he is the
Proprietor & Chef of Great Seasons Restaurant & Fine Catering located in The Shops At Bellgrade in Midlothian, VA. If you ever have a chance to dine at Great Seasons,
I highly recommend it. Great Seasons Executive Chef's Todd Schneider and Phil Minor never fail to impress those that dine
with them.
